Dinner in 30


We typically cook with the same 8-10 ingredients every week. Meat (chicken or beef), greens, colorful veggies, and sweet potatoes or cauliflower.

Last week I cooked Paul a well rounded, steak dinner in under 30 minutes.  Eating such rich hearty foods helps keep us full without all the added junk of grains and dairy.

{I season with salt, pepper (lots), and red wine}

{cook mushrooms slowly in olive oil - great addition to a steak or burger}

{keep this skin but add some texture to cucumbers by scraping with a fork}
