Get yo' Grill On!


A lot of things make me happy.  One of them is grilling outside.  On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night we grilled Steak, Salmon, and Chicken (not pictured), respectively. :) We sided our meals with fresh veggies and had dark chocolate covered almonds for dessert.  

Besides my random bowls of cereal, some cheese (please), and a trip to our local ice-cream shop every now and then, Paleo dinners have become very easy for us.   


{Red Wine: instead of drinking it - we marinate with it! It adds the best flavor - I use it on everything}


Bell peppers are my favorite veggies right now - I literally eat them daily - these were chopped up and added to cauliflower rice (not pictured).
