For Christmas, Paul, Rob, Jenny and I gave Sandy and Ross a group french cooking class which all attended together. The cooking class was at the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts. Our chef was great and so was the menu! There were 6 couples total and we each had our own item to cook off the menu.
Jenny and Rob prepared mashed potatoes and asparagus...Ross and Sandy made french onion soup....and Paul and I baked the bread appetizer!
I actually got in a little trouble for playing with the dough - it
was "overworked"....then we burnt it slightly....whoops!
Overall it was a great class and a great experience! Paul and I will definitely be using what we learned when making our homemade pizzas.
