July 4th in Truro

Paul and I spent the 4th in Truro, a little town near the tip of Cape Cod, with his parents at their cottage.  Paul grew up in this cottage and I can't imagine having summers here as a little kid - I'm sure they were the best.  Our childhood memories of the beach are a little different, I spent mine on the gulf and on the Southern part of the East coast.  I can't wait to take him to the Gulf, but for now I love that we have the Cape to for an escape!

{Sandy made blueberry coffee cake}

{Ross made french toast and eggs out on the grill}

{Izzzieeeee helped me with scrabble...actually she just slept...A LOT!}

{I was winning....but Paul made a sneaky comeback! I had to subtract my leftover letters}
{new favorite frozen yogurt spot - P-town Scoop}

{Sandy's new fav cupcakes - everything is pink!}

{the owner decorates with pink and barbies! ha!}

{he used to sell them from a stand and now has his own store! anyone notice his belt buckle? :)}

{Paul can't resist a scrabble challenge - Paul is a ridic player from playing every night for a year in Alaska}

{I picked up my second pair of Toms that night in P-town}
{paul and his other love ;)}
